Delivery was fast. The product came solidly packed, no scratches. It looked like the product was brand new. I ordered a 22mm wide strap. The length turned out to be the same as the original strap, so he fell asleep right away. The color is extra, it matched perfectly with the matte gray body of the watch itself, which is a type of water meter. The clasp is solid, as is the strap itself, but the spring pins are too short. Either keep the ones from the old strap that you're sure will fit or just get ready to buy new ones. In any case, it's not a pain to die for.
