Mixed feelings

I received the bag today. The quality of the bag is great and leather smells incredible. However, the 2 zipped pockets in front do not hold any size of phone. The lining inside is shallow thus you can't put much here. Also, I won't choose free shipping again! The bag arrived with lots of compressed marks and ugly straight lines across the surface, definitely not part of the leather design! Wish I can attach photos. The bag is supposed to be a gift, now I'm not even sure if I should give away.

Very disappointed. Firstly, the sender did not provide the right amount of information about the parcel, so I had to pay an additional 38 Swiss francs. As the bag was a gift for a dear person, I ordered it with the name logo and in a gift box. In the end, the name logo is hardly visible on the bag, as if it were not there at all. Although the bag itself is of good quality.
